Data collected

The contact and quote request forms collect: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the content of the message and, for quotes, the drawings and 3D files submitted.

Purpose

This information is used only to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. It is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties.

Confidentiality of drawings

Files submitted are stored in a non-public area of the server, accessible only to authorised SMHP staff.

Retention period

Requests and attached files are deleted automatically at the end of the retention period defined by SMHP (12 months by default).

Cookies

The site only uses functional cookies, which are necessary for it to work: the “smhp_lang” cookie, which remembers the chosen language (duration: 1 year), and Polylang’s “pll_language” cookie, which keeps the browsing language. No advertising cookies or audience-measurement tools are used.

Your rights

In accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you have a right of access, rectification and objection. To exercise it, write to the address given in the legal notice.
